I deal in all aspects of the home mortgage market, including prime, sub prime, new purchase, new construction, refinance, 80/20 combos, FHA, VA, Utah Housing, HELOC’s, lot loans etc. I am experienced in acquiring credit reports, correctly filling out URLA’s, Good faith estimates, TIL disclosures etc. I am proficient with the Calyx Point software used in the industry, as well as DO, DU, loan approval programs.
